Things to Consider

  THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING

For comfortable convenience, pickup and drop-off times are included in the duration of the tour. Pickup locations outside the city area are taken to other adjacent accessible locations.

• All activities and tours would have a set time, but, due to city traffic, it would be a bit delayed. At the desert, you get 25 minutes for rest; this will enable the safari captain to adjust tire pressures for the vehicle. The toilet facilities are available and still can spend time in relaxation or, if you wish, go for an optional Quad Bike experience.
• Wear comfortable footwear suitable for sandboarding, and to avoid nausea, avoid eating 2-3 hours before safari. Sand bashing is not advisable for infants under 3, pregnant females, or persons with heart and back problems. Let our coordinators know so that we can adjust any trips to ensure your comfort and safety accordingly.
• Those people with sensitive skin should not get henna tattoos. Dress appropriate to the season, according to the weather. You are expected to be respectful and aware that during the Holy Month of Ramadan, the camps entertainment would be the Tanoura and Fire shows, and the Ladies Khaliji Dance would be suspended besides other activities as announced by the government.
• For your own security, we recommend that you take your valuables home because, in case of losing it, we can do nothing for you. Our Desert Safari Captains are fully trained and licensed captains who run their fully insured Land Cruisers with Roll Bars, Seat Belts, Government Trackers, GPS, GSM systems, and First Aid kits.
• The tour is not wheelchair-accessible, but we request that you inform us if a member of your party has a physical disability so that we do our best to adjust the program to make it enjoyable for everyone.
• The tour operator shall not be responsible in case of any kind of loss, damage, accident, injury, illness, or death due to participation in the activities. Travel and health insurance are highly recommended. You will take care of your belongings, fitness, and preparation for chosen activities.
